Specific flours and larger quantities can be preordered by phone for collection from the mill. We generally mill to order to ensure that the flour is as fresh as possible, so we do not hold large stocks of flour at the mill. Ours is a slow process, our restored machinery is well over 100 years old and relies on the supply of water from the River Wyre which varies in level with the seasons. We ask for your patience at some times of the year, as orders may take a week or two to produce.
